What does Interface offer you?

Salary
Between € 3,240 and € 3,810 gross per month, plus 8% holiday allowance. (additional salary possible through ADV exchange)

Time off
39 days off per year: 26 vacation days plus 13 additional ADV days (reduced working hours) with additional age-related days off from the age of 47.

Pension
An excellent pension scheme, with Interface paying two-thirds of your premium.

What is your role as Machine Operator?
Machine Operator is a versatile and technical position. The machinery and activities vary per production line. But as an operator at Interface, your role will always entail:

  • Operating, setting up and adjusting machinery 
  • Preventing and resolving technical malfunctions 
  • Continuously monitoring product quality 
  • Entering and processing data in computer systems 
  • Maintaining contact with colleagues about potential improvements 
  • Ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues
  • Providing your colleagues with information during work consultations and team handovers

Who am I looking for?

  • You are interested in technology and production

  • You are a quick learner

  • You have a positive attitude and good communication skills

  • Experience as an operator is a plus (but not a must)

  • You are comfortable working with computers

  • You are willing to work in a 3-shift system
